Delivery Fees
- A delivery fee of Ksh 100 applies to orders within Mombasa CBD.
- For deliveries outside Mombasa, a customer care representative will contact you after your order is placed to discuss delivery options and any applicable charges.
Delivery Schedule
- Orders placed Monday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Mombasa. For locations outside Mombasa, these orders will typically be delivered the next day.
- Orders placed in the afternoon (Monday–Saturday) will be delivered the same day if logistics allow or by the next day.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday morning.
Note: In cases where restocking is required, shipping may be delayed for up to 72 hours. We will make every effort to expedite delivery and ensure the product reaches you as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via Mpesa or cash upon delivery for orders within Mombasa.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, the delivery fee must be paid in advance, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
- Some products may require full payment before delivery.
- Once full payment is made and the product has been delivered, ownership transfers to the client. Goodeal Gift Shop will not be liable for damages occurring after delivery.
Shipping Address & Communication
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate.
- Our team may contact you to confirm the delivery address or request additional information to facilitate smooth delivery.
- If we are unable to reach the client after multiple attempts, the delivery may be delayed.
- For any unexpected shipping delays, we will promptly inform you and provide an updated delivery timeline.
